Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Akon Limousinenservice (hereinafter Akon) and the customer regarding passenger transport services. Deviating terms of the customer become part of the contract only with our express written consent.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded upon our written or electronic confirmation of your booking. Online booking via akon-limousinen.de constitutes a binding offer.
§ 3 Pricing and payment
The fixed prices confirmed in writing at the time of booking apply, including statutory VAT. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or invoice. For business customers a monthly consolidated invoice is available.
§ 4 Wait times
For airport transfers, 60 minutes of wait time after landing is included in the fixed price. Additional wait time is charged at € 35 per 30 minutes started. For other bookings, 15 minutes of wait time is included.
§ 5 Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. For later cancellation or no-show, the full fixed price is charged. In the case of demonstrable force majeure (in particular cancelled flights), no charge applies.
§ 6 Liability
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. For damage caused by slight negligence, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage under the contract, except for damage to life, body or health.
§ 7 Data protection
We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy.
§ 8 Final provisions
German law applies. Place of performance and, where legally permissible, exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes is Königstein im Taunus. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
