2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit our website, the following information is automatically recorded: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. These data are processed solely to ensure smooth operation of the website and to improve our service.

3. Booking and contact forms

When you use our booking or contact form, you submit the data necessary to process the request (name, email, phone, route, date, time, optional notes). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation / performance).

Your booking data is stored in an Airtable workspace we operate. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Airtable.

4. Spam protection with Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our contact form from automated submissions (spam), we use Google reCAPTCHA, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA checks whether an input comes from a human. For this, your IP address, information about your browser and device and your behaviour on the page are transmitted to Google, possibly also to servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

reCAPTCHA is only loaded after you consent, either in the cookie banner (category “Functional”) or in the contact form via “Load reCAPTCHA”. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Without consent, you can reach us by phone or email.

5. Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your cookie consent). These are required for the site to function. Only with your consent does Google reCAPTCHA set its own cookies (see section 4). We do not analyse your browsing behaviour.

6. Recipients of the data

We pass your data to third parties only insofar as necessary to fulfil your booking (e.g. to the assigned chauffeur) or where we are legally obliged to do so.

7. Retention period

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the contract and to comply with statutory retention periods (in particular commercial and tax law, typically 6 or 10 years).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
